Today while updating my recipes for the new format that includes main ingredient and region, I think I need to clarify something. Rhubarb is a vegetable, but in my recipes it is used as a fruit. I listed it as fruit.

My recipes are from our family and have been passed down through at least three generations. We are all German, with a little French and English thrown in which confuses things a bit, but the good recipes are from the German cooks. So, I listed things as German even though I don't know for sure.
