1/2 coutta the park spicy bbq sauce

1/3 lbsmoked pork, chopped

6-8 ozmexican shredded cheese

1/2 smonion, grated

2 Tbspuncle gary's gourmet peppers, chopped

2 mdgarlic cloves, grated

2 Tbspcilantro, chopped

zest of 1 lime
-
1 tspcumin
-
1/2 tspchipotle chili powder

1/2 tsphabanero sea salt

12mini bell peppers, cut in half
How To Make spicy bbq pulled pork stuffed pepper mini's

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine ingredients 1-11 in a mixung bowl.

2Stuff pepper halves with mixture. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until peppers are soft and cheese has melted.
