I'm still a blissfully retired librarian with a loving hubby and a cat. Our situation has changed a good bit since I was last active in Just-a-Pinch. We've lived for 5 years now in a seniors community that has provided dinner to us every day. We've grown very bored with the meals so I have changed that to a 20 meal-a-month plan. The rest I will be cooking or, rarely, ordering take-out. I will be using this platform to save things I do with limited ingredients in my apartment kitchen.
