I am new to Western New York, where pizza and chicken wings rule. I am from Central Pennsylvania and Pennsylvania Dutch comfort food is what I grew up on. I spent a few years in the south and that influenced my cooking style. Huevos rancheros is my signature dish. I will be sharing the recipe along with many more. Each will include tips, photos, alternatives and what ever else I think might be helpful. I don't believe any recipe is written in stone and love to vary almost everything.
