I love to cook. More so now that I don't "have to." I started this so my kids could have easy access to my recipes. It has grown. Thank you.

I learned to cook cheap, hearty meals for a group of motorcycle riders I knew in college. Everyone would mysteriously show up at dinner time. This experience served me well as a single parent.

I firmly believe cooking is an art, and a bit of a science. You must be adaptable to your surroundings and current trends.

Rainy/snowy days are for baking cookies, and making soups and stews. Warm days are for salads and cookouts.

That's how I roll..
