I have been cooking since I could stand on the chair and help Grandma.
I am an accomplished wood stove and fireplace cook. I got my start by working at a living history musuem in Phoenix when I was 16 and went on to work for the National Parks Service. I even wrote a book on Arizona Pioneer cooking to help raise money for the Girl Scouts.
I would rather sit down and read a cookbook then just about anything else.
