In the fall of 2013, I decided to try out a wheat free lifestyle. I had chronic medical complaints. After reading many books about nutrition, I decided I would try this for two months, just to see what would change.
O. M. G!!!!!! Joint pain, IBS, incontinence, weird skin rashes, migraines---gone. Cough Variant Asthma (Chronic cough)-- I can now control with OTC drugs instead of $325 inhalers.
I can not begin to tell you how much better I feel or how much my life has improved since I made the switch. I'm married but no kids, which means less challenges. If you are GF, let's be friends.
