Howdy!

Most of my recipes posted/shared on here are my GMa's, so far since 2010 & most likely 'til at least end of 2013.
I do not have exact or legible copies of what has been posted, I hope that the recipes are not missing anything- use as guide-

I want to do this to preserve our Ozarks food culture and in memory of my kin,they settled MO in 1820, a bit before MO became a state.Our origins are from VA, KY, NC, GA & AL Emigrating to MO and AR-mostly MO in the beautiful and rough n tough landscape of the Ozark Mountains.
We have a colorful history & I hope to preserve some of it here.
