I am a displaced New Mexican living in Alaska. I still love New Mexican food with green chile. I lived in Taos, House, McAlister and Tucumcari. All time favorite hole in wall Mexican restaurant was El Toro in Tucumcari. Unfortunately it is now closed.
I also enjoy Alaskan wild game and fish. Often have some halibut and salmon in freezer.
