I love good food. I make most all my meals from scratch, and don't use boxed or canned items in the making of my meals. As I live at 7300 feet in the Andes, I used the pressure cooker frequently. I enjoy drinking wine or whatever spirits I have available while taking my time with cooking which sometimes becomes an all-day event.
