I'm a mother of 2 boys.I love to cook and I have a trade in Culinary Arts.I managed a Bakery/Deli at very young age of 19. This was way back when they still made everything from scratch.I enjoy making fancier meals from scratch,but reality check I have 2 boys lol.I don't like wastn food or running out at the last min because I don't have the exact ingredient the recipe calls for.I try to use what I have on hand and substitute.9 times out of 10 it comes out even better.I have been learning how to can food for the last 2 years.I'm open for suggestions.I hope u enjoy my quick and easy recipes.
