I enjoy healthy cooking for my family especially my 7 year old who has a sophisticated palate. He is my number one taste tester and everything gets approved by him before it makes my entry in my cookbook or becomes a spice blend. I also enjoy trying to get other kids to eat healthier since our school systems swim in hypocrisy.
You know.. prevent kids from taking cakes,candy to school for their birthdays because they want " healthy eating" yet my 7 year old can buy Doritos or ice cream and candy from their school " snack cart" without my approval or knowledge.
