A Central Coast, California Cook. Presently a single Mother of 5 grown children. Accomplishments include raising 5 successful children. Also held a position as Director of at home Childcare Program while my children were little which branched into opening my own Child-Care business. I am presently retired from working as a Realtor. Currently my entrepreneurial endeavor is to formulate lotions, candles and soaps. My goal at Just A Pinch is to become more proficient at making dishes delicious, inventive and creative. I am Hopeful to win Blue Ribbons and to Design many wonderful Cookbooks.
