I used a flower-shaped aluminum bread tube as a cutter, and made pretty flower shapes for the top crust. I hand-cut little leaves for extra flair. You can use any shaped cookie cutter, or just a lattice or checkerboard top crust ... it'll taste delicious just the same! :o)
