I'm a lover of all foods and take my experience from not only my midwestern heritage (Mom), but from places I've lived in around the globe. I've had opportunities to travel that most do not. I always tried to connect locally and learn new ways to prepare tasty, local food. Just a Pinch is another way for me to explore the tastes of others willing to share.
