Hi my name is Monica and I am a single mom of two wonderful boys.

I love love love to cook. When I went to college I couldn't even boil water. I learned by a lot of trial and error and from watching millions of hours of cooking shows. My two have completely different pallets and I enjoy cooking for them. They have no idea everyone else doesn't eat like they are in a restaurant every night.
