Hi my name is Sandy. But all my friends call me Sassy. I am not really a cook....but I love to dabble in cooking and baking...LOL! That is why I joined JAP. I love to see recipes and then try to come up with Shortcuts and Cheats....cooking simple is fun to me!

I have one son, Lee and one granddaughter, Lily these two are the Wind Beneath My Wings, they are my heartbeats!

My favorite past times are: reading a good book, watching good movies, and planning theme parties.

I have limited mobility and on disability. I live in NC.
