I am a northern Minnesota native. I am also an Iraq War Veteran/former U.S. Navy Master At Arms (police). I have always enjoyed cooking/baking, but it became a passion after traveling the world & sampling exotic cuisines. I have been entering cooking contests for a few years now as a creative outlet/hobby & it has even helped me out a bit financially. I am currently a full time student, studying nursing & work as a leasing agent part time.
