I love food, food for me not just one thing, it’s everything.
I love to COOK,feel,smell it, then to eat it of course.I have been in the Hotel industry since 1996, while working I was inspired by all the Vietnamese Master Chefs. At one point, I said to myself ‘’ This is it ‘’ This is my thing. The spirit of the cuisine pulled me deeper and deeper.Fortunately,have a big credit of cooking knowledge given from my MOM and my Aunt;. It was my best gift ever.Because of all of them, that what I am today,‘’ BEST COOK ‘’.My food is always inspired by five star Restaurant foods, home food,also from me.
