Hi everyone I have been baking and cooking for many years, it all started when my children were in school and I was a stay at home MOM for 13 years i started to read cook and bake from my favorite magazine Bon Appetit.I specialized and started to bake cheesecakes and carrot cakes. I loved the baking so much that I went to The N.Y. Restaurant school,took the Pastry arts Program, and I finally learned how to Make that wedding cake. Best decision I ever made. I also cook foods from many countries such as the different regions of Spain,which is my heritage.baking cakes & cookies is my first luv
