I am half sicilian and half Scots/Irish, but I was raised knowing only my Sicilian family. My mother always said her cooking was her gift to us, but she never really shared those recipes with her daughters. We never knew why, but thankfully in the last few years of my mother's life, with prompting, she finally shared some recipes with me and those I pass on to you now as well as my family. I live alone so I don't cook very often, but I have 8 grandkids and cook for them for the holidays. I promise that when I do cook I will take photos and add a recipe. I hope you enjoy.
