I love baking and cooking, but hate the clean up when done. I love ethnic foods and enjoying trying new recipes. When I cook I want to prepare a healthy meal without processed foods. Some call me old fashioned, because I refuse to use a boxed mix. I bake from scratch and cook from scratch. I love the local farmers market. Fresh potatoes, vegetables, fruits and more to create that perfect meal!
