1 1/2 sticks butter (6 ounces)
1 1/2 cups light brown sugar, packed
3 large eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
3/4 cup buttermilk
2 cups shredded zucchini
3/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
