2   cups  chopped fresh portobello mushrooms
2   cloves  garlic, minced
1  24 - 26  ounce jar  chunky-style pasta sauce
1  8  ounce can  tomato sauce
1   teaspoon  dried basil, crushed
1   teaspoon  dried oregano, crushed
1   teaspoon  fennel seeds, crushed
1    egg, lightly beaten
1  15  ounce container  fat-free ricotta cheese
2   cups  shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
