3-5 Tbsp milk
2 tsp vanilla extract

¼ cup (60 ml) whole milk
1 Tbsp light corn syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
4 ounces (113 grams) dark or bittersweet chocolate, chopped
2 cups (226 grams) powdered sugar, sifted
