INGREDIENTS
14 oz wonton wrappers (approx. 50-60 wrappers)
10.5 oz shrimp (peeled and deveined)
7 oz ground pork (or ground chicken)
1 large egg
1 tbsp cornstarch ( or tapioca starch/potato starch)
1 tbsp oyster sauce ( or vegetarian stir fry sauce)
2 tsp sesame oil (toasted)
2 tsp regular soy sauce
2 tsp Shaoxing wine (or Dry Sherry wine or chicken broth)
1 tsp chicken bouillon powder
½ tsp white pepper (or black pepper)
3.5 oz wonton egg noodles (or as needed)
1 cup water (cold)
1 cup chicken broth (unsalted)
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp regular soy sauce
1/2 tsp chicken bouillon powder
1/4 tsp sesame oil
1/16 tsp white pepper (or black pepper to taste)
1 green onion (finely chopped)
2 sprigs baby bok choy (or yu choy sum, baby gai-lan or napa cabbage)
1 tsp Chinese chili oil (or scallion oil)
