Ingredients For wilted dandelion greens

4 C. tender, young dandelion greens, shredded

4 slices bacon

3 Tbs. cider vinegar

2 tsp. sugar

1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. dry mustard

pepper to taste
How To Make wilted dandelion greens

1Fry bacon until crisp, remove from heat. Save the bacon grease. Drain bacon and crumble on top of greens. Over medium heat, reheat bacon grease and add/mix all other ingredients. When hot, pour over greens. Toss until the greens are wilted. Serve immediately.
