Ingredients: 1 1/4 cups cider vinegar; 1 teaspoon black pepper; 2 1/2 teaspoons salt; 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar; 4 teaspoons chili powder; 1 teaspoon dry mustard; 1 teaspoon paprika; 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
