INGREDIENTS

4 large bone-in, skin-on split chicken breasts

Kosher salt, to taste

3 olive oil

2 large sweet yellow onions, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 jalapeño, minced

10 frozen white pearl onions, thawed

8 chicken broth
•
Five 16-ounce cans white beans, drained and rinsed

1/2 crushed red pepper flakes, or to taste

4 cumin
•
2 smoked paprika, plus more for garnish

1/2 cinnamon
•
2 red wine vinegar
•
2 ripe avocadoes, cubed
