1 cup uncooked quinoa, rinsed (I used a mix of TJ’s tricolor quinoa)

3/4 teaspoon salt
•
1/4 teaspoon pepper
•
1 1/2 cups chopped fresh watermelon
•
1 tablespoon honey
•
2/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
•
15-20 basil leaves, chopped
•
the juice of 1 lime
