INGREDIENTS
1 1 1/2 cups King Arthur Italian-Style Flour or King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
1 1/2 cup Vermont cheese powder
1 1 teaspoon instant yeast
1 1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder or 1/4 teaspoon baker's ammonia
1 1/4 cup vegetable shortening
1 7 to 8 tablespoons ice water, enough to make a cohesive dough
