2 15 ounce can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
1 28 ounce can diced tomatoes
3 cups vegetable broth
1 Tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
2 thyme sprigs
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
parmesan cheese rind ((see notes))
1/2 teaspoon (each) salt & black pepper ((plus more to taste))
