For the sauce

2 tbsp dark soy sauce

2 tsp vinegar (eg. white wine vinegar)
•
2 tsp olive oil (or any other oil you have at hand)
•
1 teaspoon maple syrup
•
For the fried rice
•
2 medium eggs or 1 large egg, beaten
•
Drizzle vinegar
•
Salt, to taste
•
2 tbsp oil
•
3 cups of cooked rice
•
1 onion, finely chopped (or 2 spring onions)
•
About 2 cups of veggies of your choice
•
Frozen vegetables are fine too, but make sure to thaw them before frying
