1 cup no-added salt diced tomatoes, undrained
1/2 cup no-added salt tomato sauce
1 cup mixed beans (your choice: dark red kidney, white, black or pinto) drained and rinsed
1 cup potatoes, diced
1/2 cup corn kernels
1/2 cup carrots, diced
1/2 cup low-sodium vegetable broth
chipotle chili pepper few grains
freshly ground pepper few grains
Tabasco sauce few grains (optional)
