For the Spicy Peanut Sauce:

1/2 medium carrot, peeled

1/2 red bell pepper

2 to 3 medium radishes

1 scallion, chopped

For the vegetable dressing:

1/2 tablespoon rice vinegar

1/2 teaspoon sugar
•
1 teaspoon fish sauce
•
1/2 lime, juiced, about 1 tablespoon
