1/3 C. Plain, Unsweetened Almond Milk
•
1 Tbs. Earth Balance (or other vegan buttery spread)
•
Salt & Pepper to taste

For the Veggie Filling:
•
1 Tbs. Olive Oil
•
4 Carrots
•
4 Celery Stalks
•
13 White Button Mushrooms
•
1 Medium Yellow Onion
•
2 Large Cloves of Garlic
•
8 oz. Package of Tempeh, cut into 1 inch pieces
•
1 1/2 Tsp. Dried Thyme
•
Salt & Pepper to taste

For the Gravy:
•
1 C. Vegetable Stock
•
1/4 C. Red Wine
•
2 Tbs. Braggs Liquid Aminos (or soy sauce)
•
1 Tbs. All-Purpose Flour
•
1 Tbs. Tomato Paste
