1 cup mashed sweet potato puree (cold or room temp)
1 tbsp butter (vegan or dairy)
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup apple sauce
1 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp baking powder
2/3 cup raisins
1/3 cup walnuts (crushed)
1 cup cashews (soaked in water for 2 hours)
2/3 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp cornstarch (optional)
