1 sweet onion, (chopped )
6 cloves garlic, (minced)
1/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt, (more to taste)
1 tsp pepper, (more to taste)
2 cups vegetable broth
3/4 cup dairy free milk (*Use a neutral flavored milk like oat for best results)
1-2 small potatoes, (diced, (about 2 1/2-3 cups diced potatoes))
12 oz bag frozen vegetables ((corn, peas, carrots, green beans) *Feel free to sub for favorite frozen vegetables)
2 sprigs fresh thyme
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp cayenne powder
1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 tsp salt
9 tbsp vegan shortening
1/4 cup unsweetened dairy free milk
2 tbsp vegan butter, (melted)
