2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1 tablespoon dried basil
2 teaspoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons fennel seeds
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes ((optional for spice))
1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
2 cups vital wheat gluten
