1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 cup (packed) baby arugula
1 Tbsp. olive oil,
1 tsp. salt, and
1 tsp. pepper
CHEESY POTATO AND TARRAGON
5 new potatoes
1 Tbsp. olive oil,
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh tarragon,
1 tsp. kosher salt, and
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 cup shredded Emmentaler or Gruyère cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh tarragon
BALSAMIC ONIONS, STRAWBERRY, AND PROSCIUTTO
