INGREDIENTS
1 banana
1 c frozen berries
1 c Greek yogurt
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp cloves
1 tsp ginger root - grate (or ground)
2 tbs flax seed meal (such as Bob's Red Mill)
½ tbs vanilla extract
4 c spinach
½ c water
2 handfuls of ice - optional
