2 cup all purpose flour
•
2 large beaten eggs
•
1/2 tsp salt
•
3/4 potato water (water from boiling your potatoes in)..makes it taste better than straight up water
•
Fillings:
•
Filling options -I have 4 suggestions for fillers

The most common varieties are the potato & cheese and the cottage cheese
•
Potatoes and cheddar cheese
•
Boil your potatoes (any kind).
•
Mash them up with cheddar cheese, salt and pepper. (or a cheese of your choice)

Cottage cheese
•
1 tub dry bakers cottage cheese
•
1-2 eggs beaten in
•
Sauerkraut
•
1 can of sauerkraut (rinsed well)
•
Fried onions mixed in
•
Sweet Potato
•
Bake (or boil) and then mash
