2 cups water
4 large eggs
4 cups chilled whipping (heavy) cream
1¼ cups confectioner's (powdered) sugar
4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped into small pieces
½ cup whipping (heavy) cream
¼ cup Lyle’s Golden Syrup
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
