1 cup cream
1/2 teaspoon salt

8 ounces pecorino-Romano cheese, shredded
4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
2 tablespoons olive oil
6 ounces breadcrumbs
4 ounces Parmesan cheese, shredded
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried parsley
