INGREDIENTS

2 slices whole grain bread or Gluten Free bread (I use Silver Hills Little Big Bread)

4 oz cooked turkey breast filet (I baked my turkey breast then thinly sliced it.. deli meat is full of additives, preservatives, and chemicals so I avoid it!)
•
1 tablespoon apple butter (I use Eden organic, you can also make your own!)
•
½ oz organic cheddar cheese or other cheese of choice
•
¼ cup arugula
•
cooking spray or coconut oil
