1/2 lb white chocolate ( I like Lindt)
•
1/2 cup Grand Marnier ( or other orange liqueur)
•
2 oranges
•
1/4 cup orange juice
•
1/4 cup sugar
•
1/2 cup brown sugar
•
1 cup whipping cream
•
1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
