1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 cup onion, diced
1 cup celery, diced
2 tablespoons sage, chopped
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon rosemary, chopped
1 tablespoon thyme, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs, lightly beaten
