1 and ½ c instant mashed potatoes
1 c white onion (diced
1 c half-and-half
¼ c cornstarch
GARNISH
1 c cooked bacon (crumbled)
½ c cheddar cheese (shredded)
2 green onions (chopped; use the green portion ONLY)
