1/4 cup Grated Parmesan
1/4 cup Grated Gruyere (or Swiss)
3 cups Cherry Tomatoes (yellow Or Red), Washed And Dried (more If Needed)
1 whole Egg
1/4 cup Milk
16 whole Basil Leaves, Chiffonade (more If Needed)
