1 tsp Ginger (finely chopped)
1 tsp Garlic (finely chopped)
2 Green Chilli (finely chopped)
10 Curry Leaves
1/3 tsp Turmeric Powder(Haldi)
1/3 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder(Dhana)
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
3 small Tomato (finely chopped)
1 tsp Salt
2 cups Rice (cooked)
1 tsp Lime/Lemon Juice
